Where is my medication data stored?
Locally, on your device only. MedAlert has no account system and no server-side storage of your health data. We cannot see what you take or when.
How do I export my history for my doctor?
Open History, choose the period you need, and tap Export PDF. You get a clean document listing every dose — taken, skipped, or missed.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall the app. Because everything is stored locally, uninstalling removes all of it — there is nothing left on any server.
Reminders aren't appearing — what do I check?
Make sure notifications are allowed for MedAlert in your system settings, and that battery optimization isn't restricting the app (Android). If it still misbehaves, email us with your device model.
What does Premium include and how do I restore it?
Premium removes ads and unlocks extras. Purchases are handled by the App Store / Google Play — use "Restore purchases" in the app's settings after reinstalling or switching devices.
Which languages are supported?
English, Russian, Georgian, and Greek. The app follows your system language automatically, and you can override it in settings.
