Data We Don't Collect

We do NOT collect any personal health information. All medication data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to:

• Your medication names or schedules
• Your dosage information
• Your medication intake history
• Your medical history
• Any health-related notes you create

Local Data Storage

The app stores all data locally on your device:

• Medication information — Names, dosages, schedules
• Intake history — Records of when you mark doses as taken
• App settings — Your preferences and theme choices

This data is never transmitted to our servers.

Analytics and Advertising

The free version of MedAlert may include:

• Google Analytics — Anonymous app usage statistics to improve the app
• Google AdMob — Displays advertisements (can be removed with Premium)

You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings or by subscribing to Premium.

Premium Subscription

When you purchase Premium:

• Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• We only receive confirmation of subscription status
• We do not have access to your payment information

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
• Export and backup your medication data
• Remove ads by subscribing to Premium
• Request information about any data we may have

Children's Privacy

MedAlert is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
