By downloading, installing, or using MedAlert ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

MedAlert is a reminder tool only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medications.

The App is designed to help you remember to take your medications. It does not provide medical advice, and you should not rely on it for medical decisions.

3. Description of Service

MedAlert is a mobile application designed to help users manage their medication schedules through customizable alerts and tracking features. The App automatically saves medication intake history for tracking and reporting purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Entering accurate medication information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your medication data
  • Ensuring your device settings allow notifications
  • Regularly updating the App for optimal performance
  • Backing up your data if you wish to preserve it

5. Premium Subscription

Premium features include:

  • Ad-free experience
  • Custom color themes
  • Historical calendar view
  • PDF export with medication history
  • Advanced statistics

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Privacy and Data

All medication data and history is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or share your personal health information. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Genue Labs and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MedAlert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genue Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any missed medications or health-related consequences.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
