How do I add a new medication?

Tap the + button on the home screen, enter your medication details, set the alert times, and tap Save.

How do I set up alerts?

When adding a medication, you can set multiple alert times. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.

Can I track my medication history?

Yes! The app automatically saves your medication intake history once you mark a dose as taken. This historical data is permanently stored and used for the calendar view, statistics, and PDF reports. Premium users can access a detailed calendar view showing their complete medication history.

How do I subscribe to Premium?

Tap the crown icon in the app or go to Settings > Premium Subscription to unlock:

  • Ad-free experience
  • Custom color themes
  • Historical calendar view
  • PDF export with medication history
  • Advanced statistics

How do I backup my data?

Go to Settings > Personalization > Data Management. You can export all your medications, history, and settings to a backup file and import it later or on another device.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your device's App Store settings. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All your medication data and history is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store any personal health information on our servers.

What if I'm not receiving notifications?

Please check that notifications are enabled for Medication Alert in your device settings. Also ensure Do Not Disturb mode is not blocking notifications.

The app doesn't remind me on specific days

Make sure you've selected the correct days when setting up your medication schedule. You can edit this in the medication settings.

How do I change the app theme?

Premium users can customize the app's color theme. Go to Settings > Theme Color and choose from various color options or use the color picker for unlimited customization.

Can I change the app language?

Yes! Go to Settings > Language and select from English, Russian, or Georgian.

How do I export my medication history as PDF?

Premium users can export their medication history as a PDF report. This feature is available in the app and includes all your historical medication data.
